$80 Minimum
I charge a fee to bring my services to your campsite or home, usually immediately. There is no need to bring your rig to me or wait ridiculous wait times for a big time repair shop. I can either respond to you that same day (if available) or schedule a later time that is convenient for you. Any location within the Cedar Valley (Including: Parowan, Paragonah, Kanarraville and New Harmony) will be a $80 fee.
One-way mileage rate $3/mile
Outside of the area above, I charge a one-way mila
One-hour minimum charge and separate from service fee. This is the minimum time needed to properly diagnose, communicate a resolution and invoice the repair. If the diagnosis takes longer than an hour, I bill my time in quarter-hour increments in addition to the 1-hour minimum. If the diagnosis and repair is finished in less than an hour, ask me more questions or share some frustrations about your RV that I might be able to help you with.
Once my diagnosis is complete and my resolution is communicated to you, I will begin repairs. I use an RV industry recognized flat rate manual to estimate repair costs.
Parts are not included in hourly price. Replacement parts I don't have in stock will be ordered and follow-up installation scheduled (no service fee for follow-up appointment). If the part is an emergency/necessity, I can retrieve the part immediately at a round-trip mileage rate of $1.00/mile.

Drain water tank(s), water heater and water lines. Fill P-traps with antifreeze and pump antifreeze through hot and cold lines with bypass already installed.
Flush lines with clean water, fill water heater, verify proper operation of water system.
Remove, clean and inspect bearings and races. Apply fresh grease and reassemble. During tear down, I will inspect brake drum, shoe linings, magnet wear and the inner seal. Brake system problems are not part of this service. The inspection is done as a courtesy during tear down.
For basic oil, oil filter and air filter change. Prices for parts are not included. Other problem diagnosing i.e. engine running problems, electrical issues, fuel pumps, etcetera are charged at an hourly rate.
As a convenience, and for a reasonable fee, I offer proper disposal of appliances/large materials after service is completed. Items with refrigerant $60, Large furniture items $40.
